Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@craiclabs.com to tell us, then send the pack back to us within 14 days of telling us.

Returning a pack

• Tell us you're cancelling and we'll email you our return address. Then send the unopened pack back. You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
• Once we receive the pack, we refund the price and the original delivery fee (€3) to your original payment method within 14 days.
• We may wait to refund until we have received the pack, or until you show proof that you posted it.

Opened or used stickers

• Stickers that have been stuck down or used can't be reused or resold. For each used sticker we deduct €1 from your refund. We never deduct more than you paid for that sticker.
• You don't need to send used stickers back. Keep them.
• If stickers have been opened but not used, there is no deduction.

Faulty or damaged stickers

If a sticker doesn't work or arrives damaged, email us a photo at hello@craiclabs.com. We'll send a free replacement and you don't need to return the faulty one. You can also ask for a refund instead.

Your albums

When an order is refunded, we delete the album linked to that set, including any photos you uploaded.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
